A tribute to Kathy-
My mom is super talented. She's very smart, incredibly creative and loves animals. She can tackle any craft project with the greatest of ease and at one point in her life was no less than a gourmet chef. I am proud to have inherited her joy of cooking and her innate ability to organize any situation. Growing up she was always the first mom to volunteer at school to be a chaperone for a class trip or to help with a class party. She was always the mom taking my friends and I to the mall or to an amusement park. I am grateful that she showed me the importance of going to church at an early age and always made sure I had every opportunity to grow in my faith through youth group events. Thanks for all your help and support over the years. We love you!

Mom and I shared many trips to Gatlinburg over the years. Here we are enjoying one of our favorite attractions, the alpine slide at Ober Gastlinburg.
A tribute to Jo-
Jason's mom is also super talented! I've learned so much from her over the past 7 years. She's taught me how to can green beans, freeze corn, and make jam (all of which can be done in a fun-filled summer afternoon in Sims). The rest of the year she pours out her generosity towards us in countless trips to our house where she always ends up being put to work on a house project. Jo also loves her family and I've sincerely enjoyed being part of a family that lives close enough to each other to get together regularly for family events like birthdays, weddings, beach trips, Thanksgivings, etc. From the beginning I've always felt like the daughter she never had, but always wanted:)! Thanks for all you do for us! We love you!

Girl you just have to share your recipe for making jam! I tried it last year and it was a total flop :( Nothing like the taste of homemade jam! (made by someone other than me, of course)
every time I think of Gatlinburg I still picture you and your mom flying down the alpine slide. :)
