To Buy Organic or Not To Buy Organic...That is the Question!

I'm often asked, 'Caitlin, what fruits and vegetables are worth buying Organic and which ones aren't?'  Well friends I'm glad you asked.  When visiting my mom this past weekend she gave me a recent list of just that.  Compliments of foodnews.org I'm happy to pass along the information to you.

So I always buy organic apples and spinach but rarely organic bananas and corn. 
I hate to quote Oprah but 'When you know better, you do better.'  Shop wisely!
